I had tried this cute little brand a few months back through the amazing Vegan Cuts Snack Box and truly fell in love at first bite!! I only had the pleasure of trying one of their magnificent cookies, so I of course was anxious to try the whole creative bunch that they offer. The Om Nom Nom cookie company was so gracious and kind and sent me out every vegantastic flavor they offer!!

WHO IS OM NOM NOM COOKIES?!
Om Nom Nom’s head cookie, Anthea Ponsetti, is one of the fortunate, enviable few who knows what they want out of life from the very beginning. As a young girl growing up in a non-traditional British and Cuban family in Miami, Anthea learned to bake her first chocolate chip cookie under the guidance of her mother, who would often yell very British things at her when she would slouch, mouth off, etc. When teatime rolled around, Anthea would delight and entertain family members with her desserts. She has since spent years perfecting her cookie recipes, drawing from her family’s baking secrets, eight years of professional culinary experience, and her hometown of Miami, FL for inspiration.
Anthea became a dedicated vegetarian over fifteen years ago, and has since become 100% vegan as of 2010. While some things have changed, others have stayed the same: she is still the same fun-loving free spirit with a sweet tooth who loves to bake, ride her bike, go to concerts, dress fashionably, slouch, mouth off, etc. Through her newest venture, Om Nom Nom Cookies, Anthea hopes that both vegans and non-vegans will share in the guiltless joy of cookie nom’ing.

I received these in the first Vegan Cuts box and these were the cutest & coolest vegan cookies I have yet to try!! Everything from the flavors to the catchy brand name had me sold!! (GREAT MARKETING) Om Nom Nom cookies are vegan soft baked cookies that pack all natural simple ingredients!!

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, evaporated cane juice, canola oil, cocoa, almond milk, fd&c red #3, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, corn starch, baking soda, salt.
This Red Velvet cookie was by far one of the first and probably the best I will EVER experience!!
This cookie possessed a chocoaltey flavor and was light and rich all at the same time.
It was better than any red velvet cupcake I’ve ever had!!
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, semi sweet chocolate chips, brown sugar, canola oil, evaporated cane juice, almond milk, tapioca flour, orange zest, baking soda, salt.
I can’t even begin to put into words how much I am not a fan of orange!! Ever since I was a kid even when it came to the Popsicles, I always skipped the orange as it just was never my cup of tea.. today, I’m still the same way!! I love a brand, that keeps you on your toes, and completely surprises me..

I’m a HUGE fan of the classic oatmeal cookie and this one hit the spot!! Rich oat taste with tons of cranberries!! One thing I did notice is that these don’t hold up well in the heat lol, but it was the perfect addition to a day of painting out on the Hudson River!!

This was actually the last cookie I tried, but even though I’m not a typical chocolate person.. but just like the others, this cookie was actually quite impressive!! I love Snickerdoodle cookies and this was just like the traditional, but 39839843 times better with a more chocolate flare and just enough hint of spice!! I decided to get all fancy with this last cookie and use it as crumbles on top of some fresh vegan vanilla ice cream I received from the Raw Ice Cream Company!!
This would go great with a hot chocolate or coffee!!

I have always been one of those people who needs dessert after dinner to feel satisfied for the night. Finding some soft and chewy vegan cookies that I could keep around the house to please my palette was a tall order to fill, however, until I tried the Om Nom Nom Chocolate Snickerdoodle cookie! The cookie was moist and chewy, tasted homemade, and was the perfect sized sweet to have after supper with a cold glass of almond milk. I like that the cookie is vegan and palm-oil free, and I think the ‘break-apart’ texture coupled with the aromatic cinnamon-sugar felt really fresh compared to typical crunchy packaged cookies. With such a cute label a few of these would look scrumptious in a bowl to keep around the office or as a gift for a friend.
If you like chocolate and soft cookies, these are definitely worth trying!
