Believe it or not, the weather dictates what we eat! For the majority of us, we crave what’s in season as the quality of those particular foods are at the peak of freshness making them more accessible and affordable. 

 

Although I love winter foods such as root vegetables etc, I’m definitely more of a summer food enthusiast!. The foods are lighter, but surprisingly more satisfying, colorful, have a larger concentration of water. As a whole, I’m more energized in warmer weather, thus more productive, more hydrated due to the temperature reminding me to drink, and I could go on forever. As much as I love New York City, I need warm weather, soon!
