Truth, I’ve always heard of monkey bread, but wasn’t quite sure as to what it actually was. I typically had seen it prepared in the bun cake molds, but I wanted to “break away from the mold” and make more of an individual option, which is idea for serving guest and tends to prevent over consumption lol, so I decided to do muffins!
I’ve been on a coffee kick perhaps because I drink it minimally and never use it in recipes, but it’s pure heaven when paired with bananas especially!
What I like about this recipe is that it’s easy, packs a coffee flavor, minimal ingredients, great presentation, and is the perfect switch to the classic cinnamon roll!
