With no time for recipes with moving, I took it as an opportunity to explore the most effortless concepts you could imagine. (truth)


Over time though, I’ve grown to love and appreciate effortless concepts as it’s what the majority of readers gravitate towards. Things that involve minimal ingredients, minimal effort, and could be made on a whim are actually the true game changers!


That being said, I’m a white chocolate fanatic as well as a pistachio and cherry person. So these vegan White Chocolate Cherry Pistachio balls were a no brainer!


So the biggest questions, how do you form balls with melted chocolate?

Easy, add some almond extract!


Perhaps it’s due to the alcohol in the extract, but it enables you to form shapes and you can easily pack the balls with whatever you like, chill for a minute, and boom… 


You have a chocolate ball!






What I love about this concept is, everything! It’s easy, uses a handful of ingredients, you can pack the chocolate with whatever you like, it’s salty, it’s sweet, it has texture, perf for any season and great for gifts!

Vegan White Chocolate Cherry & Pistachio Balls

  • 1 package vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cherriesĀ 
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp almond extract


  1. Combine chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Melt for 1 minute with stirring the chips every 10 seconds. Add the almond extract and continue to stir. The chocolate should become more firm and pliable. Form balls, press cherries into them and dust with pistachios, and chill in the fridge for a few minutes. Enjoy!
