Vegan White Chocolate Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups
Hello & Happy Friday!!
I can’t even begin to tell you how long I’ve dreamt about doing this recipe. I’ve done chocolate cups when those were somewhat of a new concept and all over Pinterest. However, I found them to be underwhelming and gave up on future recipes.
If you’re well versed on vegan chocolate, you know that finding vegan white chocolate in particular is rare. Finding one that is of high quality is even more rare. I’ve been using a brand off of Amazon for the past few years and while I thought it was an issue to get this chocolate to melt, come to find out.. it’s not!
What I love about this recipe is that it’s a handful of ingredients, effortless, great for entertaining, gifts, or just to splurge!, can be made into whatever shape you like, the middle isn’t overly sweet, perf for fall, can easily be made in bulk, and non vegan approved!
If you’re looking for the perf fall chocolate concept or to manifest your love for all things pumpkin, you have to try my recipe for vegan White Chocolate Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cups!!
