If there is one thing I’ve always been enamored with, ….it’s white chocolate!

However, as a plant based enthusiasts, it’s like finding a needle in a haystack to come across it and especially to find one that’s actually good quality. So when I finally found a product that works and the taste is on point, I was on a mission to think of the perf white chocolate pumpkin concept and boom..

The vegan White Chocolate Pumpkin Marshmallow Popcorn was born!

What I love about this recipe is that it encompasses accessible, affordable, and high fiber popcorn, a bag of vegan marshmallows (pumpkin flavored optional), a lil bit of natural food coloring and pumpkin spice, optional white chocolate, and can literally be made in minutes! It’s perf for gifts, gatherings, and is non vegan approved! So approved that my husband literally took it all to work to give it away because.. IT’S JUST THAT GOOD.

  • If you can’t get your hands on vegan white chocolate simply throw in some candied pecans
  • If you can’t get your hands on pumpkin marshmallow, simply add more pumpkin spice
  • If you can’t get natural food coloring and want that color, try adding a splash of orange or carrot juice

If you’re searching for that perf fall inspired snack that will really blow your mind this is it. You have to try this recipe for vegan White Chocolate Pumpkin Marshmallow Popcorn!
